Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a powerhouse Social Media Content Creator/Manager to produce and strategize engaging and exciting posts for all our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have the skills to produce all content on-brand from concept to execution, including ideation, shooting video, photography, editing, and final upload.

This is a full-time position from our office in Rinatya (near Petah Tikva). We have a very casual yet inspiring office setting, a private chef, an in-house workshop, and just a chill vibe.

About the Role:
Your primary mission will be full-stack crafting of captivating graphics and short-form video content for social media.

Requirements:
– Proficiency editing video in Premiere Pro (or other NLE video suite)
– Proficiency in other Adobe Suite (Photoshop is essential)
– Proficiency or willingness to learn to shoot video using professional equipment is required (although if you can make magic happen with a phone, that works too!)
– Experience managing social media marketing on major platforms (ex. Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Here’s what you’ll do:
– Craft and produce captivating videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) and digital content.
– Stay current on the latest trends, seamlessly infusing them into our content while maintaining our brand’s essence.
– Manage the entire content lifecycle: from planning, filming, and editing to content publication.
– Contribute to all our marketing initiatives.
– Rally support for your innovative ideas—they’re the bedrock of our marketing endeavors.
– Explore trends, hashtags, and audio motifs to amplify content reach.

A plus is you can:
– Write compelling copy to accompany your videos, driving conversions.
– Experience with animation and or motion design (After Effects)
– Familiarity with the world of animation/filmmaking.
– Aesthetic sensibilities for video shoots.
– Creating extended advertising videos tailored for YouTube.
– Engaging with social influencers to forge impactful influencer marketing.
– An excitement for animation, technology and/or clocks.
– Fluency in English
– Experience in product marketing
